In New South Wales, it's only lawful to ride electric scooters on private property. Unfortunately, the Transport Preacher did not press through with e-scooter tests in Sydney in spite of the National Transportation Payment's (NTC) referral in August 2020. So far, there's no news regarding this advancement, causing NSW lagging behind other states. I
